Are you seeing clients in person during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

We are now providing services in-person and on telehealth and abide by safety protocols in office to ensure the health of our staff and clients. When you arrive to our office, we will check your temperature before entering our waiting room. We ask that masks are worn while inside the office. If you have been sick or exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. 

What is telehealth?

Telehealth is the process of receiving mental health services via online video conferencing. The LBTRC currenlty uses Zoom software. Zoom can be downloaded free of cost at zoom.us

Do you validate parking?

Unfortunately we do not validate parking for clients. Please feel free to park on the street on Atlantic for free 2 hour parking. 

How long are your sessions?

Therapy sessions are typically from 50 minutes to 90 minutes. Case managements sessions are 30 to 60 minutes. 

Where are you located?

We are located at 1045 Atlantic Blvd, Long Beach CA 90813 inside the St. Mary Medical Center Dignity Health Building. Our office is located in Suite 801 on the 8th floor. 

What should I bring to the LBTRC after I am scheduled for a consult?

Please bring a photo ID and any  documented information related to the trauma or crime (police reports, CalVCP application, etc.) that you feel may help us to better provide services.
