YOU at CSULB, a 24/7 Mental Health Resource personalized for each student. Choose your interests and explore content from on and off campus resources, including articles, videos & meditations. The Basic Needs Department which provides services for students related to food and housing security. Programs include the Student Emergency Intervention & Wellness Program, CalFresh Outreach Program, the ASI Beach Pantry, and the Beach Bites mobile application.
Student Health Services, your on-campus health clinic, open for virtual and in-person appointments. Includes general primary care, reproductive health care, sports medicine, case management, immunizations, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy. Student Health Services also offers Behavioral Health Services, including a Psychiatrist, Case Manager who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ATOD/Violence and Sexual Misconduct counselor who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Referral Nurse, and Confidential Victim's Advocate.
The Bob Murphy Access Center (BMAC), which assists students with disabilities by providing support services including accommodations for classroom and campus life activities, career development resources, and disability-related counseling.
CAPS Virtual Mental Wellness Center, Counseling and Psychological Services and Project OCEAN are actively building additions to this set of virtual resources that are designed to support and enhance your mental health and wellness.
