Credential Center
Location: EED-42

The Credential Center can help with the following:

Open a licensing file, submission of documents, and credential application information. Advisement and licensing support for University Interns. Advisement on Added Authorizations and for credential holders seeking renewal information.

Credential Center staff are working remotely Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. for the beginning of the Spring 2022 semester (January 7-February 6). Open-Phone and Appointment Hours have been suspended until we return to campus. In the meantime, please email any questions you may have to


Graduate Studies Office

The College of Education Graduate Studies Office can help you with information about master’s degrees and services credentials.

Due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant, staff are working remotely from January 7 - February 6, 2022. The Graduate Studies Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. You may contact our office by email at if you have any questions or to schedule a virtual appointment. 


Teacher Preparation Advising Center (TPAC)

The Teacher Preparation Advising Center (TPAC) provides prospective and current student academic advising for the following programs:

  • Liberal Studies Undergraduate Degree
  • Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP)
  • Education Specialist Credential Program
  • Multiple Subject Credential Program
  • Single Subject Credential Program
  • Urban Dual Credential Program
