SDHE Student Cyndy Garcia Coordinates 3rd Annual MLK Day of Service (Spotlight)

First year Student Development in Higher Education student Cyndy Garcia is coordinating the 3^rd Annual Martin Luther King Day of Service on February 16 at CSULB. Cyndy, a recipient of the Cynthia Johnson Fellowship, is featured in a Daily 49er article about the event, which is hosted by the Office of Multicultural Affairs. On this day of service, students will participate in a variety of volunteer activities in the Long Beach community. Cyndy is also leading the efforts for the inaugural Cesar Chavez Day of Service later this year.
