Small Group Programs
Strength for Living is a 13-week small group training program designed to develop muscular and cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, and overall confidence to enter a fitness facility and workout successfully on your own.
Strength for Living cohorts consists of 8 to 12 individuals who move through the program together under the leadership of LifeFit staff and interns. You will experience a friendly and encouraging environment.
