Current state of COVID on Campus

While students have reported testing positive for COVID-19 after attending an in-person class and thereby exposing others, results from the campus COVID-19 testing protocol following a known exposure do not show widespread transmission. Thus, we believe breakthrough and positive transmission is occurring in the community but our current health and safety policies and practices are demonstrating effectiveness against the spread of the virus on campus. As well, every day that passes, the campus is getting more and more close to 100% full vaccination (95% of faculty and 97.3% students).
