LifeFit offers a Silver & Fit membership through American Specialty Health. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for Silver & Fit.
LifeFit will need your eight-digit Silver & Fit membership number to begin your membership.
LifeFit offers a SilverSneakers membership through Tivity Health.
Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for SilverSneakers.
LifeFit will need your 16-digit SilverSneakers membership number to begin your membership.
LifeFit offers a Renew Active membership through United Health Care.
Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for Renew Active.
LifeFit will need your nine-digit Renew Active membership number to begin your membership.
Parking is a separate fee paid online via Parking & Transportation Services.
Note: Only LifeFit members who are not employees of CSULB are eligible to purchase LifeFit parking.
