Covey Lazouras

Covey Lazouras PT, DPT, NCS, ATP is a licensed physical therapist in the state of California. Dr. Lazouras graduated from the University of Southern California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2001. He received his Neurologic Clinical Specialist certification in physical therapy in 2004 and his Assistive Technology Practitioner certification in 2007. Dr. Lazouras is also adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California in the department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy and at California State University Long Beach in the department of Physical Therapy. Dr. Lazouras has participated in multiple NIH funded research studies as both an intervention therapist and a co-site coordinator. Dr. Lazouras is also the clinical manager for inpatient physical therapy services and director of clinical education at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey, CA.
