Scholarship for Health and Independence of Seniors 
The LGBTQ Center Long Beach offers a variety of mental health services including individual, couples, group, and family therapy for those ages 13 and up. As an extention of their services, the LGBTQ Center Long Beach wil be hosting a series of workshops begining September 2nd with the Senior LGBTQ+ Competency for Service Providers workshop. Please consult the flyer below or the center's website for information on how to register for any workshop. 
The Center for Successful Aging is proud to share our 2020-2021 Annual Report. This past year brought about numerous collaborations, increased community engagement, and the implementation of programs to better serve the needs of older adults through the challenges of a global pandemic. We look forward to continuing to serve the aging community of Long Beach by addressing aging-related inequalities and promoting interdisciplinary applied research alongside our community partners and allies.
The City of Long Beach has collaborated with California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF), EveryoneOn and human-I-T to create a centralized digital platform where community members can find low-cost internet and computer services. The platform arises from the city's Digital Inclusion Initiative which facilitates digital equality for all.
