Instructor and Curriculum Development

Designed for in-service and AOT instructors, this course focuses on adult learning, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Students will develop learning plans and will also formulate a personal development plan as a coach and mentor.

This course explores various teaching and learning styles and will assist instructors in developing their programs and curriculum. This course is recommended for anyone teaching in a law enforcement environment.
