Program Application Deadlines
The College of Education offers 12 Master's Degree and 4 Advanced Credential programs. Deadlines vary by program. The Cal State Apply online application closes at midnight Pacific Standard Time on the deadline date. Please note that all program application materials will be submitted online through Cal State Apply.
The first day to apply for Fall 2023 admission is October 1, 2022. Please click your program of interest below to view the application deadline and for a link to the program’s website with more information about the application process.
The first day to apply for Spring 2023 admission is August 1, 2022. Please note that only programs open for Spring 2023 admission: MS in Educational Technology and Media Leadership, Teacher Librarian Services advanced credential, and Master's in K-12 Educational Administration.
Request to be added to the prospective student list for your program of interest. Please visit Graduate Studies Office homepage for our hours of operation, and note that we are not available on the weekends.
Prepares therapists for licensed independent practice to work in private practice, community-agency settings, government-court settings, hospitals and clinics, employee assistance programs, and city-county-state agencies to provide counseling services for adults, children, families, and couples.

Prepares teacher leaders and curriculum specialists to develop theoretical understanding and critical analytical skills in the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in K-6 schools.
