Circuit Fusion
This invigorating class is designed to boost your energy and enhance your afternoon with a mix of body weight, dumbbell, and resistance band exercises. Improve your muscular endurance, strength, mobility, and cardio while having a blast and elevating your lunchtime.
Gentle Spin Cycle
Enjoy a lower-intensity cycling experience focused on steady movement, cardiovascular health, and endurance. Featuring 2–5 optional sprint intervals, this class is ideal for those looking for a supportive and effective workout without excessive intensity.
Heavy Spin Cycle
Challenge yourself with this high-energy indoor cycling class featuring 5–7 sprint intervals designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and power. Expect motivating music, challenging climbs, and heart-pumping bursts of speed.
Pyramid Scheme
Don't worry—this is the only pyramid scheme that's good for you! This strength and conditioning class uses an ascending and descending repetition format (10-1-10) to build muscular endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Expect a fun, challenging workout that keeps you moving from start to finish.
Retro Fit
Step back in time with this fun, low-impact aerobics class inspired by classic fitness routines. Improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and mobility through easy-to-follow movements set to upbeat music. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga class is an energizing practice, where participants are guided through dynamic movements, poses and postures. On a physical level, yoga poses are designed to tone, strengthen, and align the body. On a mental level, yoga uses breathing techniques and meditation to quiet and clarify the mind. Suitable for all looking for a style of yoga that offers mental and physical benefits!
