Welcome Fall 2024 admitted students! The College of Health and Human Services Showcase during Day at the Beach will allow you to engage with current CHHS students and faculty members, explore the campus/labs, and learn more about our degree programs.

What to expect when you are expecting a college student. Workshop for parents and families of first-generation students.

1:00-2:30 PM | Location: KIN 59 and KIN 58;

The CSULBSucceed workshop welcomes both parents and students to ask questions and connect with our hand-selected group of panelists, including alumni and current students, from numerous social and cultural communities on campus. In addition, we will be hosting interactive group activities to enhance knowledge of your personal identities and grow your CSULB support network. We hope to see you there!

  • Tour of a classroom and a brief information session. Meet at the CCCJEM Department Table on the SSPA North lawn. You will then be taken on a tour and provided with an information session; 40 person cap. Students must pre-register for this session/tour in advance. RSVP HERE

12:00 pm-1:00 pm & 1:00 pm-2:00 pm | Location: SSSC-04

  • A tour of a forensics lab and a short demonstration. Meet at the CCCJEM Department Table on the SSPA North lawn. A faculty member will escort you to the forensics lab. Here you will discuss and be provided with a forensics demonstration; 24 person cap. Students must pre-register for this session/tour in advance. RSVP HERE
