International Applicants

We encourage international applicants to consider our graduate degrees. Please note the application deadlines for F1 and J1 visa students for the Educational Technology and Media Leadership program:

  • Spring 2021 consideration: October 1, 2020
  • Fall 2021 consideration: April 1, 2021

In addition to the requirements for international applicants, please also be sure to submit the required Program Materials in Cal State Apply:

  • Documents – statement of purpose, resume, proof of completing CTC preconditions (if applying to both master's degree and Teacher Librarian Services credential).

International Applicants with F1 or J1 Visa

International applicants planning to attend on a J1 or F1 visa have additional requirements for admission including but not limited to:

Please refer to the Center for International Education website for specific details on meeting these requirements. We strongly recommend that you complete your application at least 4 weeks before the deadline to allow time for the Evaluators in International Admission to evaluate your records.

Domestic Applicants with Foreign Coursework

Domestic applicants with foreign coursework and/or a degree from an institution outside of the United States, have additional requirements for admission including but not limited to:
