The City of Long Beach has collaborated with California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF), EveryoneOn and human-I-T to create a centralized digital platform where community members can find low-cost internet and computer services.

Scholarship for Health and Independence of Seniors  Scan Health Plan is offering Undergraduate and Graduate students enrolled in majors within the College of Health & Human Services the opportunity to receive scholarships of up to $5,000 per awardee.

Cal State Long Beach Health and Human Services students receive $50,000 in scholarships

Ten Cal State Long Beach students from the College of Health and Human services were selected to receive scholarships of $5,000  each. The scholarships were created courtesy of the SCAN Health Plan and were awarded in collaboration with the Center for Successful Aging at Cal State Long Beach.
