Official Transcripts

Submit official transcripts to the university by the application deadline. You are required to submit 1 set of official transcripts from each college or university you have attended. Please find below specific instructions for submitting official transcripts for:

  1. Domestic Colleges and Universities
  2. Foreign Colleges and Universities

Domestic Colleges and Universities

Please submit one set of official transcripts from each college or university you have attended. This includes all community college(s) attended, bachelor’s degree(s) coursework, and all post-baccalaureate or extension coursework. Only one set of official transcripts is required per institution, and they must be submitted to Enrollment Services.

Submit official transcripts to Enrollment Services either (1) electronically or (2) mail.

(1) Official transcripts may be submitted electronically directly from a U.S. college or university to ES-IDPTrans@csulb.edu.

(2) Official transcripts may be submitted—directly from the university or by the applicant as long as they are in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution—to the address below:

Enrollment Services/Admissions
California State University, Long Beach
1250 Bellflower Blvd.
Long Beach, CA 90840

If you received your bachelor’s degree from CSULB and have not attended any other university or college, you will most likely not need to provide official transcripts. After you submit your complete application, Enrollment Services will notify you if any official transcripts are needed.

Please do not send originals or copies of transcripts to the College of Education Graduate Studies Office.

NOTE: It is critical that you submit your Cal State Apply application and official transcripts prior to the application deadline. This will allow the College of Education faculty and staff to access your transcripts as part of the review of your program application.
