University Processes- Educational Leave and Graduation

Request for Educational Leave Instructions and Form:

Please visit the Educational Leave webpage to see if you are eligible and how to request an Educational Leave.

Apply to Graduate online:

Please visit Apply to Graduate (Graduate Students) on the Enrollment Services website for additional information.

Apply to Graduate Deadline: 

• Fall or Winter term – Preceding March 1st
• Spring or Summer term – Preceding October 15th

If you miss the deadline to apply to graduate you can still apply late with a $10 late fee.

Request to Change Graduation Date:
