Qualtrics Training Courses

Developed specifically for CSULB faculty, staff, and graduate student assistants, these training programs are now available on BeachBoard as self-paced courses. At this time, we are unable to accommodate students who wish to enroll as part of a course requirement.

Although you'll need approximatelys 2-3 hours to cover the material, the course will be open to you for the entire month. If you are not able to finish within the month, you can register for another training as long as there is space available. Courses are organized on a monthly basis to manage communications with the course administrator.

Introduction to Qualtrics

Course sessions start on the 1st of each month  |  REGISTRATION FORM

Topics covered:

  • Creating new projects
  • Using different questions types
  • Publishing your survey

Participants who complete the course can enroll in our Intermediate Qualtrics training to advance your skills even further.

Please note:  On May 1, 2021, Qualtrics is releasing an update to the Survey Builder inerface which will slightly change the location of certain tools and settings.  At this time, we are in the process of updating our course to reflect the new design.  However, the basic functions of survey building will remain the same and this training will well prepare you for creating surveys with the new interface.  For a preview, visit the Qualtrics website.
