UNDERGRADUATE 

The CSULB School of Nursing (SON) offers three pathways to achieve a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Students seeking their initial nursing degree should choose the Bachelor's in Nursing degree option. Students who already hold an RN license and wish to achieve a baccalaureate degree in nursing can choose either the RN-BSN Completion (in-person) option or the RN-BSN Online option.

GRADUATE

Earning a graduate degree is the fastest way to career advancement. Starting in Fall 2023, CSULB School of Nursing will offer a BSN to DNP degree with 5 nurse practitioner tracks. The core requirements of the DNP are required by all students, but students choose their clinical specialty. All applicants must hold an unencumbered, unrestricted RN license in the State of California before taking clinical courses.
