The COB lecture halls needed to be renovated to meet the growing demand for large learning environments. Modern projectors and high definition document cameras will replace old and outdated overhead projectors. These renovations will enhance the overall student learning experience and provide better tools in the classrooms with the ability to record lectures. The renovation will also improve the acoustics in the rooms and add more electrical outlets for charging.

The project scope also includes, but is not limited to the following: New paint, new flooring, new fixed furniture, removal of concrete stages, improvements to sightlines, installation of shelter-in-place hardware on exterior doors, refurbishment of operable partitions, and acoustical and audio/visual improvements.
