Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA)

The Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) package is a set of programs for the documentation and analysis of survey data. These programs are developed and maintained by the Computer-assisted Survey Methods Program (CSM) at the University of California, Berkeley. This package is a web-based intended to be used by instuctors for their classroom training. SDA does not require the user to install any component to their workstation. Rather, faculty simply identify the desired dataset and build their study examples for students to practice.

Use Policy and Support

California State University, Long Beach subscribes to the CSU Social Science Research and Instructional Center (SSRIC). It is an annual subscription coordinated by Academic Technology Services. The Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) is included with the SSRIC subscription. Faculty, staff and students are eligible to use this online resource.
