Building in Canvas for Staff

Staff workshops are designed to demonstrate how CSULB-supported instructional technology tools can be used outside of the classroom.

Interested in developing training, onboarding, online orientation programs, course templates, or dept. resources not linked to the campus enrollment system in Canvas? Get started and learn the basic fundamentals of building your project. In this workshop, users will be introduced to the Announcements, Pages, and Modules tools in Canvas. We will provide a walk-through with steps for creating and managing these tools as well as their functionality. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

Please note: We recommend that you request a Canvas Sandbox from ATS (optional) so you can follow along with the activities in this workshop.
