SDHE Alum Appointed as President of Irvine Valley College

Congratulations to College of Education alum Dr. John Hernandez (M.S., Student Development in Higher Education ’92) on his recent appointment as President of Irvine Valley College. Dr. Hernandez was appointed this summer after serving as President at Santiago Canyon College. Dr. Hernandez’s career in education has spanned 30 years with the majority of those in administrative roles at area community colleges and universities.
