Advance your knowledge, leadership skills and scholarship in special education by earning a master’s degree in Special Education at CSULB. Our program is designed to prepare highly reflective and responsive educators with a solid foundation in transition, collaboration, evidence-based practices, advocacy and leadership as well as culturally-responsive practices. This program is open now for Fall ‘21 admissions and applications are due June 1, 2021.
Two pathways are currently offered to meet individual needs: Pathway 1 is designed for classroom teachers who completed an accredited post-baccalaureate credential program, and Pathway 2 is designed for non-credentialed education-related professionals.
