Dr. Lindsay Pérez Huber Receives the 2019 Derrick Bell Legacy Award

Dr. Lindsay Pérez Huber has been awarded the 2019 Derrick Bell Legacy Award for her work as a senior critical race scholar and contributions to the field of Critical Race Studies in Education. The award from the Critical Race Studies in Education Association (CRSEA), the leading national organization for critical race scholars and practitioners, is awarded annually by a peer jury to scholars whose work is seen as advancing issues of social justice, equity, and activism in education research, theory, and practice.
