Professional Background

• Initiated Laguna Dental with her husband Dr. Faisal Aldujaili in 1998 and has been managing it since.
• Prior to starting their business, her professional background was in Mathematics and Computer Applications.

Education

She decided to obtain a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach for several reasons, one is that the program is accredited, two is to enhance her knowledge in the health care industry, three is to help improve their dental office from a management prospect and last, is to be more involved in the community whenever there is an opportunity that is health care related. Finally, her Master’s degree assisted her in expanding her career and was able to become a professor and teach Quantitative Methods in Health Care Administration at CSULB.
