Ethics at The Beach 2022

Published February 17, 2022

Attendees had an opportunity to enhance their ethical leadership skills while exploring the webinar’s theme, Resilience Reignited: How our Stories Shape our Ethics. Provost Scissum Gunn and event sponsor, Boeing, provided welcoming remarks and the webinar featured three dynamic guest speakers from organizations like Salesforce and the Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation, as well as a Long Beach Water Commissioner and Navajo Nation volunteer. The event was hosted by our Associate Business Students Organization Council, our Student Center for Professional Development, and the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership. In addition, after completing a brief event survey, students had an option to receive a digital Certificate of Completion and a free copy of Nancy Luong’s book, How We Got Here, a guided journal with 50 life-changing questions to ask your parents and loved ones.

Ethics at The Beach is sponsored by ASI, Boeing, the County of Los Angeles, and 49er Shops. For further information, please contact Janey Roeder at ucel@csulb.edu.
