George will complete CSULB’s Evening MBA program in December 2020. With 10+ years of General Management and Consulting experience, George is transitioning to a career in asset management. George is currently an independent consultant to small and medium-sized businesses.

George is also the President of Beach Investment Group, CSULB’s Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF) and President of the Graduate Business Student Association (GBSA).

Tuva Hedlo Owre – Undergraduate Student (BS Business Administration, Finance)

Tuva will complete her undergraduate degree with a BS in Business Administration, Finance and a minor in economics in June 2020, earning President’s and Dean’s Honor Roll achievements. Tuva is currently an accounting assistant for the Forty-Niner Shops, Inc.

Tuva is also the Vice President of Portfolio Administration for Beach Investment Group, a member of The Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and a mentee in the Corporate Mentoring Program.

Jeffrey will complete his MS Finance degree in July 2020. Jeffrey has over 10 years of corporate finance experience in the healthcare industry. Jeffrey is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Tenet Healthcare in Los Alamitos.

Previously, Jeffrey held multiple positions at Dignity Health in Nevada, ranging from Financial Analyst to Chief Financial Officer.
