Stephanie Gill

Stephanie Gill graduated from CSULB with a BFA in Graphic Design and Visual Communication in May of 1990. As a senior designer at White + Associates, she lead a design team that served Mattel Toys for 5 years, creating packaging systems and point-of-sale displays for brands like Polly Pocket™ and Barbie®. She worked on branding teams for FHP and Talbert Medical group when she was employed at Engle + Murphy in Long Beach. At present, Stephanie is working as a freelance designer—her clients include many non-profit organizations. such as Jewish Family and Children's Services of Long Beach, Tichenor Clinic for Children, and Sister Cities of Long Beach. Stephanie has been teaching graphic design part-time at CSULB for over 25 years and also teaches Typography and Design at Cerritos College. Her areas of expertise include typography, packaging, and print design. Stephanie is married to CSULB graduate Brad Gill. Together, they are parents of adult twins, who have followed in her footsteps into the teaching profession. She loves cooking and has an obsession with the gift wrap.
