CSULB Ceramics alum Elyse Pignolet in exhibition at Long Beach Museum of Art

CSULB Ceramics alum Elyse Pignolet is in a two-person exhibition at Long Beach Museum of Art (with Myungjin Kim.) Entitled Holding Time, the exhibit showcases the work of both Southern Californian women artists who use ceramics, particularly vessels, as a means of storytelling. "Despite their differences, Pignolet and Kim share a common language [through] the use of botanicals and decorative motifs...for layered, symbolic storytelling." The exhibition opens on March 20, 2026, and will run through June 7, 2026.
