CSULB Art Alumnae in exhibition "Strange Hum" at The Reef in DTLA

A number of CSULB art alumnae are participating in a group show entitled Strange Hum at The Reef in downtown Los Angeles. The exhibition, presented by the Quasi-Optimist Research Group (QORG) features artists: Emily Berl, Marrin Goodall, Mackenzie Giles, Naria Kitahara, Nicholas McInvale, Brooke Peters, and Nadine Schelbert. The opening reception will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 5-8pm; and will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 10AM-5PM, from August 31 through September 11, or by appointment. The Reef is located at 1933 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, 9007, and exhibition is on the Fourth Floor. On-street parking is free, or $15 for on-site parking.
