Faculty and Staff Resources

This website includes administrative guidelines and information about the Office of Enrollment Services for faculty and staff.

The Office of Enrollment Services provides students, faculty, and staff with services, tools, and resources to ensure student success. Our functions include admissions, registration and class scheduling, financial aid and scholarships, graduation evaluation, and management of student records, and we offer students guidance on policies and procedures and help completing essential enrollment tasks at Beach Central, our one-stop center. We partner with offices across campus in our mission to help students graduate every day.

PeopleSoft/Student Administration System

The Student Administration system is CSULB's system that is used to maintain students' academic and financial information, generate administrative reports, and complete related business processes. This system is only available to authorized staff and faculty to support official university business.

Faculty who are assigned to teach at least one class in the current semester automatically receive limited access to the student system through MyCSULB Faculty Center. Staff and faculty who need additional access may request administrative access to the system.
