As a managing partner of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation, Brad Christensen brings his clients 35 years of proven experience in structuring commercial real estate financing for specific income property types, with a specialty in acquiring very low, fixed-rate interest rate loans. In addition to his expertise in originating loans, Brad serves as a managing partner of Pathfinder’s operations and its Orange County branch.
