Fall 2025 Schedule

The ATS-SPOT course evaluation team coordinates with departments to ensure the accurate and timely administration of course evaluations, facilitating prompt access to essential feedback.

Early & Co-Taught Course Selection

  • Course selection for both early-ending and co-taught courses opens on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 and closes on Friday, September 12, 2025. 

Traditional Course Selection

  • Course selection for traditional courses opens on Monday, October 27, 2025 and closes on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. 

Early-ending courses 

  • Open: 7 days before the last day of instruction
  • Close: Last day of instruction 
     

15-week semester courses

  • Open: Monday, November 17, 2025
  • Close: Sunday, December 14, 2025

Summer 2025 Summary Reports

  • Summary Reports will be emailed to the instructor’s CSULB inbox on Thursday, January 22, 2026 
  • Available to departments via SPOT Dashboards and SharePoint on Thursday, January 22, 2026
