Congratulations and welcome to CSULB! You have an exciting journey ahead of you and we want to make sure that you are well prepared to get started in pursuing your academic goals. If you are coming to CSULB as a first-time, first-year student, transfer student, graduate student, or credential student, there are still a few steps you need to take to make sure you successfully transition to The Beach! Review this information to find out what you need to do before the semester begins.
Select the term to browse the class schedule. You can view the offerings by Academic Subject, by College, or by General Education Category by using the buttons at the top of each page. The lists are updated regularly to reflect changes.
Each semester, you will receive a your registration appointment by email, which is the day and time you may begin registering for your classes through MyCSULB Student Center. It is important that you use your CSULB email address so that you do not miss improtant registration information.
The mission of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is to increase opportunities for student access to and success in higher education by helping students and their families seek, obtain, and make the best use of all financial resources. Through financial literacy and guidance, we support incoming students in making a successful transition to The Beach.
CSULB students are required to maintain a CSULB email address on file with the university and to check their email regularly, because the university uses email as the official means of communication. Learn more about your CSULB Student Email Account.
All incoming CSULB students are required to complete a series of mandatory immunizations prior to registration. To learn more about this requirement, please visit the Student Health Services website for more information.
