DAY AT THE BEACH is a FREE single-day immersive experience for newly-admitted students that provides an exclusive first-look at CSULB colleges, campus tours, academic resources, student organizations, and more. Remember, your CSULB student account must be activated to RSVP.

When on campus for the event on Saturday, April 13, look for the QR code signs around campus to access the interactive Day at The Beach event map on your phone. Find college showcases, special experiences, bus stops, tour meet-up points, and more.

*The majority of the event is open for guests to visit any experience they like at their own pace. The only activity with a defined program that requires a ticket for entry is the Welcome Experience at Walter Pyramid. Tickets are no longer available for this in-person experience as of 3/28/24. Any guest may enjoy the Welcome Experience live stream on our website.

Guests may request a preferred campus tour time (either morning session or afternoon session) when they RSVP for the event:
- Campus tours during Day at The Beach will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Brotman Hall fountain and will depart every 15 minutes.
- Campus tours take approximately 30 minutes and the last tour of the day will depart around 2:30pm.
- To request disability-related accommodations, complete the Bob Murphy Access Center Event Request Form.
- Please note that housing tours are a separate experience.
