Stress Less workshop

The Stress Less workshop is a free, one hour workshop that can be either in person or virtual. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, please email or call 562-985-4609.

This interactive workshop will help the student understand stress and how to manage it for greater benefits; identify current coping techniques and learn new ways to manage stress and the effects on the body, mind, and spirit. Students will leave the workshop with identifiable goals to thrive in college.
