The Office of Wellness & Health Promotion provides health education and support to students in order to facilitate the ongoing development of healthy lifestyles.
We have a wide array of programs and workshops to support your physical and mental health and well-being. We will be offering our programs, workshops, and virtual outreach events on Zoom and Instagram Live this semester, including:
