Student Health Services is your campus health clinic, here to support and serve you on campus and virtually.

Student Health Services will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022 due to training.

New Students: Should have completed the Student Vaccine Certification by June 1, 2022. 

 Visit your single sign-on webpage: https://sso.csulb.edu and complete the Vaccine Certification web form.

How to Comply with the CSULB Immunization Requirements:

All incoming students for Fall 2022 are REQUIRED to provide proof of immunizations by Sept. 1, 2022 per Executive Order 803. Please upload your records to the Patient Portal, and complete the Tuberculosis Risk Screening. 


COVID-19 Vaccination

VACCINES:

Student Health Services is continuing to administer Pfizer vaccines and boosters during our normal immunization clinic hours. Appointments are preferred and walk-in's are welcome.  Currently enrolled Students Only. Please use main entrance on Beach Drive.

  • Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 12:00 pm | 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

TESTING:

PCR tests offered at The Chart Room (3rd floor of USU Dining, enter from parking lot side); Location is:   E6 on this Campus map - at "cafe" and lot E11
