How to Comply with the CSULB Immunization Requirements:

All incoming students for Fall 2022 are REQUIRED to provide proof of immunizations by Sept. 1, 2022 per Executive Order 803. Please upload your records to the Patient Portal, and complete the Tuberculosis Risk Screening.
