Welcome to the Spring 2022 Semester! Student Health Services is your campus health clinic, here to support and serve you on campus and virtually.

All students must have submitted their COVID-19 Student Vaccine Certification form via SSO in order to enroll in Spring 2022 classes.

New Students should have completed the Student Vaccine Certification by December 1, 2021. 

Continuing Students who did not come to campus in Fall 2021: Update the Student Vaccine Certification by January 17, 2022.

How to Comply with the CSULB Immunization Requirements:

All new and continuing Spring 2022 CSULB students are REQUIRED to provide proof of vaccination by FEB. 1, 2022 per Executive Order 803. Please upload your records to the Patient Portal, and complete the Tuberculosis Risk Screening.

Long Beach Health Department is offering all three vaccine options- Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson; walk-ins only, no appointments. (Next to the Bookstore)

The City of Long Beach health department is offering third doses, or booster shots, to qualifying students, staff and faculty at the mobile clinic outside the University Bookstore. Student Health Services continues to administer first and second dose vaccines, and boosters for Pfizer only, to the campus community.

  • Thursdays 8:00 am - 3:00 pm   (On Jan. 20, 2022 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
