A healthy diet is an important component for a thriving body and mind. The foods we consume play an important role in how we feel now and prevention of future disease. The Student Health Center offers three options listed below and appointments are available in-person or via Zoom Telehealth. Also, nutrition services are free of charge.
This workshop covers healthy eating on a budget, preparing fast and healthy meals, benefits of eating a healthy diet, and intuitive eating. Our nutrition workshop is taught by trained peer educators. To make an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
