American College Health Association

Student Health Services actively engages in assessment for the benefit of improving our services and programming for our students. Using evidence-based information to make decisions about quality services for CSULB students is an important part of our commitment to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

SHS engages in various data collection projects, such as the American College Health Association-National College Health Assessment (NCHA), Patient Satisfaction Surveys, clinic studies, and other surveys as needed. Sharing outcome data with our campus community and with the larger national college health community is an important component of the process for furthering our goal of improving health and wellbeing for college students.
