The College of Business (COB) is a leading, dynamic urban college serving Orange County and south central Los Angeles County. Business is one of the most popular fields of study on campus. Accredited since 1971 at both the undergraduate and graduate levels by AACSB International – the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business – COB has approximately 3,700 undergraduate majors and about 130 graduate students in the several MBA programs. Consistent with the mission of the university, COB aspires to be the College of Choice for business students in southern California by providing a high quality learning and research environment with a global focus and for regional economic development. The mission of the college is to academically and professionally prepare a diverse student body to excel in a global economy. The two centers of the college – the Student Center for Professional Development and the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership – provide professional development for students and applied research opportunities in ethics for faculty, as well as outreach activities across the campus and beyond.
