Master of Science: Civil Engineering
Civil engineers design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of important infrastructure such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems to ensure they are safe, efficient, and sustainable for the community. Whether it's design-build competitions or cutting-edge marine construction labs, our students get the hands-on experience to succeed in the industry and create a lasting impact on society.

About the Program
The mission of the civil engineering graduate program is to provide a high-quality educational experience and the technical specialization required to become successful leaders in industry and the society, to engage students in innovative practical research and encourage them to pursue advanced degrees and lifelong learning. Our Civil Engineering program features several specialties: Structural, Geotechnical, Water/Environmental, Transportation and Construction Management.
