Dean's Advisory Council
The COE Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) is comprised of executive leaders in the field from industries that hire graduates of the college. The HFCOE DAC meets twice per year: in-person in the fall, and virtually in the spring. In addition, each department in the college has its own advisory board specific to their disciplines. The charter of the DAC is four-fold:
Members of the DAC:
- Advise the college on updates and directions of their company and industry, and any implications for the HFCOE
- Serve as an ambassador for our programs in their professional circles
- Collaborate with the HFCOE on projects of mutual interest to advance the college
- Support and advise us on fundraising and other resource development efforts
