2025 METRIC Graduation Celebration

Since Fall 2024, 16 students from METRIC and METRIC 2 have graduated or will be graduating by the end of Fall 2025. In total, METRIC helped developed 2 chemists, 4 earth scientists, 4 mathematicians/statisticians, 2 physicists, and 4 computer scientists/engineers.

This year, METRIC celebrated the graduates with a photo shoot in front of the iconic pyramid and Go Beach sign and a dinner at Taboon Mediterranean Restaurant in Long Beach on Friday, May 16, 2025.

All 3 scholars who graduated in Fall 2024 have enrolled in a master's program (2 at CSULB, 1 at University of Michigan) to continue their higher education in STEM.
