"The Body Positive Group has helped me tremendously to work through the continuous process of trying to be at peace with my body and with food."

“At the time I had very few spaces in my life where I could go and actually talk about these deep rooted issues, but it made me feel like I wasn’t alone.”

“It has the power to change lives and I would love for that opportunity to be available to everyone on campus who wants to try it.”

“For the first time in my life, I look into the mirror without judgment. Instead of pointing out my flaws, I compliment myself.”

“My experience in The Body Positive has been nothing short of life changing.”

“I have seen myself and many members of our group positively develop since the time of our first meeting. We all seem to be growing and are in better places in life than when we first started the program.”

“I have taken so much from this program. I believe this program works well and I truly hope that many people get to have the same great experience that I have.”
