• Not open to current 49er Shops employees.
• Winner need not be present to win.
• Any single winner may not win more than one prize per semester.
• Odds of winning are dependent the number of entries received for each giveaway.
• Winners may be required to pay taxes on prizes they win.
• Winner will be notified within 72 hours of the promotion ending date and upon verification of eligibility.
• Prize must be claimed within seven days of notice of award.
• Prizes not claimed within this period may be awarded to an alternate selection.
