We understand that there may be times when you need to step away from work for personal or professional reasons. During such times, you may be eligible for a paid or unpaid leave of absence. We are here to support you and ensure you have the resources you need. Below, you'll find the available leave options for faculty members.

Leaves for Teaching Associates and Graduate Assistants
- The Collective Bargaining Agreement has information on leaves of absence for teaching associates and graduate assistants (Unit 11 employees).
Check Your Current Leave Balance: To check your current sick leave balance, please log in through the CSULB Single Sign-On portal (My Apps), select the “Employee Center” chiclet, and then click on “Leave Balance.”
