New One-Stop IT Help Website

Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to introduce IT Help, a new, unified technology assistance website. This one-stop website will make it easier for students, faculty, and staff to request technology service assistance and report technology issues. Use IT Help to:

  • Search the IT Service Catalog to request assistance 
  • Report or learn about technology issues
  • Track the status of your reported technology issue or request until it is resolved 
  • Search help articles in the growing IT Knowledge Base 

For convenience, a new quick access IT Help chiclet (clickable button) is now available in your campus Single Sign-On (SSO).

The Technology Help Desk continues to be available for campus IT assistance at 562.985.4959, helpdesk@csulb.edu, or by visiting the Horn Center or the 5th floor of the Library. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the technology staff in various offices across the campus who contributed to the development of this one-stop technology assistance service.
