Express Catering: Sushi Spread
Bring something special to your next event! Our handcrafted sushi is responsibly sourced and prepared fresh daily with high-quality ingredients. Our offerings come in a variety of sizes to suit your needs and include blue crab California rolls, chef’s choice nigiri, veggie rolls and sashimi. We also offer dessert platters to complement your sushi selection. Orders must be placed at least five business days in advance.

Pickup and Delivery Services
Our sushi service is available for both pickup and delivery. Simply choose your preference when placing an order. Pickup can be arranged during designated catering hours at Beachside, Hillside or Parkside Dining Hall as well as at Outpost Grill.
